Bay Resort is open from May to October, weather permitting - Take the
time today to make arrangements to visit Meeks Bay Resort, The Spirit
of Lake Tahoe’s West Shore.
To
Make a Lodging Reservation:
•
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the
time of booking
• 50% of the total will be charged to your card
at the time the reservation is made. Lodging tax is applied to all
units (you will be sent a copy of your reservation and credit card
receipt)
• The balance is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. For
Kehlet Mansion and Washoe House reservations, the balance is due 2
MONTHS prior to your arrival
• If reservation is made less than
2 weeks prior to arrival, the full amount will be charged when the
reservation is made. (Kehlet and Washoe if less than 2 months)
•
A 2-night minimum stay is required for reservations made for the
months of May, June, September and October
• A 3-night minimum
stay is required for reservations for the months of July and
August.
• A 4-night minimum stay is required for the Kehlet and
Washoe for all months of the season

Cabins
and Lodges
If
notification is received more
than two (2) weeks
prior to arrival, a $75.00
cancellation fee will be charged.
If
notification is received less
than two (2) weeks prior
to arrival,
50%
of the total reservation amount will be forfeited.
Kehlet
Mansion and Washoe House
If
notification is received more
than two (2) months
prior to arrival, a $150.00
cancellation fee will be charged.
If
notification is received less
than two (2) months
prior to arrival, 50%
of the total reservation amount will be forfeited.
There
are no refunds for RV or Tent camping and special event area
reservations.
Reschedules
will only be permitted within the current season based on
availability.
