2011 Reservation Policy

Meeks Bay Resort and Marina 2011 Reservation Policy

The 2011 Meeks Bay Summer Season begins May 13th and ends October 17th, 2011. 

We will be accepting reservations for the 2011 summer season at Meeks Bay starting February 1^st, 2010 at 8:00 am. Reservations will be offered according to "time stamp". The entire season will be open for reservations.

Please do not include credit card information in your request.
We will call you and confirm your payment method.

Tent Sites and RV Spaces will be charged in full at the time of reservation and are non refundable. Lodging will be charged a 50% deposit at time of reservation.
Lodging balances are due two weeks before the reservation date (except the Kehlet Mansion, the balance being due two months before the reservation date). Lodging reservations cancelled more than two weeks before the reservation date will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee. Lodging reservations cancelled less than two weeks of the reservation date will be subject to 50% of the total reservation. Reservations for the Kehlet Mansion cancelled more than two months before the reservation date are subject to a $150.00 cancellation charge. Kehlet reservations cancelled within two months of reservation will be charged 50% of total reservation.
